What makes the ARC RACER special?
The ARC RACER is a running shoe designed with the simple vision of making the running sensation smoother and faster than ever before. Our secret sauce is our proprietary RYDEFOAMTM technology. Made from the magical E-TPU material, our soles deliver twice the softness and energy return when compared to the EVA soles found in most running shoes. Combined with our feather-light AEROKNITTM upper, the ARC RACER gives you an incredibly lightweight running sensation engineered to deliver more performance and unparalleled comfort in every stride.
What is unique about RYDEFOAMTM? (the material used in the midsole)
The RYDEFOAMTM sole cushioning system is made using the world's most comfortable and responsive sole material - eTPU (expanded thermoplastic polyurethane). Our proprietary RYDEFOAMTM technology is designed such that the shoe feels like a soft pillow on your feet while walking and springs into action the moment you need to deliver on performance activities.
What is AEROKNITTM and why is it used as the upper material?
Precisely engineered by weaving together strong yet flexible strands of fabric, the AEROKNITTM upper is designed to wrap your foot in a way that combines breathability to wear it all day along with the flexibility and stability you need during performance activities like running or training.
What is the ARC RACER insole made of?
Our insoles are made out of foam which help provide a soft, cushioned experience for your feet.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are vegan and we do not use any animal products in the making of our sneakers.

How long would a pair of ARC RACER shoes last?
It depends on many different factors, such as running style, weight and the surface you run on, but generally the ARC RACER should comfortably last between 300 - 500 miles (approx. 482 - 800 km).
How do I know which size I need? What if I'm a half size or usually wear a wide shoe?
If you're unsure which size you wear for our ARC RACER take a look at our size guide located on our product page (right above the size selector). We don't currently offer half or wide sizing, but we've heard the request and have passed it along to our team. We hope half and wide sizes are something we'll be able to offer in the future as we continue to grow.
Which activities are your shoes suitable for?
In one word – anything! We built the ARC RACER with a single goal in mind - to be able to offer an all-purpose sports shoe using the world's best sneaker technology. It can withstand the toughest of workouts while providing you all-
day comfort and aesthetic versatility to wear to office or for a night out.
What kind of terrain is the ARC RACER designed for?
Our sneakers have been tested throughout different seasons and landscapes. We have ensured that they are well suited for training (indoor and outdoor), running, and all day walking for your daily routine.
I overpronate / oversupinate. Is the ARC RACER still the right shoe for me?
Our shoes haven't been built specifically for any of the three kinds of pronation. But we have been mindful of the tendency of your feet rolling over. This is why we have put in mid-foot stabilizers - lines of re-enforcing material on the inside of the knit so that your foot stays in place. We also have foam locks and a heel piece to support the back of your feet.
Apart from runners with "normal" feet, can the ARC RACER be worn by people with flat foot, fallen arches, hollow feet or splay feet?
Traditionally, people are classified into static ‘foot types’. As a result, many runners end up being advised to wear very stable shoes. At ELEVAR, by contrast, we look at your entire running motion with the goal to enable you to activate or deactivate the right muscles at the right moment in the cycle. That’s what our unique RYDEFOAMTM sole system and AEROKNITTM upper enables you to do, regardless of foot type.
I usually wear orthopedic insoles. Should I continue wearing them with the ARC RACER?
The outsoles of our running shoes are designed to adapt to everyone's individual running style by distributing pressure once contact is made with the ground. We'd suggest trying out our shoes without additional insoles, but if you're accustomed to wearing insoles, you can easily swap out our insoles and use what your comfortable with. At the end of the day comfort is a personal thing - we always tell everyone that the shoe needs to fit your needs and not the other way around.
How do I wash / clean my shoes?
If your shoes get dirty, we recommend brushing them off first to release any dirt. If washing your shoes is needed, it's best to wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle without laundry detergent. Washing your shoes as seldom as possible is recommended.

Where do your products ship from?
Our products are stored in multiple warehouses through the USA. We use Amazon FBA as a fulfillment provider so that we can provide you fast and reliable delivery.
How long will it take to ship my order and when will it reach me?
We want you to be off and running in no time, so the answer is: as quick as we can. Orders typically ship ship from our warehouse one business day after you place your order. When we send you an email confirming the shipping of your order, we’ll also give you the shipment tracking information. Depending on where you stay, the package should reach you in 2 to 6 business days.
How much will shipping cost?
We want you to focus on your running/training. We'll take care of everything else - shipping costs are borne by us.
How can I track the status of my order?

What should I do if I don't get my order on time?

We spent over a year designing the ARC RACER to give you a shoe that gives you comfort & performance like you’ve never experienced. The only way you can know the difference for sure is by trying them. So take them for a test run - or two. We don’t want you to be stuck with something you don’t like, so if you aren't satisfied, you may request a refund or product exchange within 30 days of the original purchase, no questions asked. Of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we'll refund the full purchase price. We’ll also pay for the shipping of the returned products.
I want a refund, how long will it take before I get the money back?
We will need a little time to process your refund. We'll send you a return shipping label once you request for a return. The product typically takes 2 to 5 days to reach our warehouse once you ship it. Once it is checked by our warehouse representative, we will initiate the refund and it should reflect in your bank account the next day. So in total you should expect the refund process to take around 10 business days to be completed.
