Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

We ship your product the next day after your order. Free shipping happens over ground and so depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to reach you.

Can I Return The Products?

Cancellations: Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by contacting us. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account and you will receive an email from us confirming the same.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a Free 7-day Exchange Policy. Exchanges of Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original state as shown on the photos uploaded in the return request and within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our warehouse. Post this, the product will be inspected and verified against the claim made on the return request. Upon successful verification, the exchange product will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original box as well and returned)
- The packing should not be broken or tampered with. (Unless it is broken or tampered with during delivery)
- Package the item in its original packaging
- We request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case if shipment is damage or any item is missing, Elevar will not be responsible for such damage. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

Exclusive Sale:
- Orders placed during Sale periods will not be eligible for exchanges. Also, no refunds will be issued for orders placed during this period.
- We would be happy to replace your product in case of a damaged/defective piece received.

What is your warranty Policy?

We have a 90 day warranty for our shoes and a 30 day warranty on all our flip-flops and slides that cover against any manufacturing defect. We do not offer a warranty on cricket bats.

We also have a friendly return policy – You can order our products and can replace it within one week of receiving it as long as you've not damaged it or worn them outdoors.

Do you ship outside India?

Sorry, at this point we are only shipping within India but we aim to ship internationally very soon. Please drop us a line at support@elevarsports.com to let us know who and where you are and we will let you know as soon as we are shipping internationally.

Our shoes are designed fulfil all of your performance needs & casual needs. We achieve this by combining the latest thinking from design, engineering & material science. The result is shoes that’s are softer, springier & yet more comfortable & durable than ever.

Are these shoes suitable for all activities?

Our products are designed with one end goal in mind - to create versatile shoes that can adapt to any activity. Included but not limited to Running, Trekking, Training, Sports, Daily Wear or even Casual Wear. If you really want to, you can sleep with it too!

What is your return policy for shoes?

Return & Exchange Policy:

We offer a Free 7-day Trial Policy. Exchanges of Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original state as shown on the photos uploaded in the return request and within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our warehouse. Post this, the product will be inspected and verified against the claim made on the return request. What if the size doesn't fit me?

You can order our shoes and try them on for fit from the comfort of your home. If you need to change the size, reach out to us and we will take back the shoe and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Why are your bats better?

Are your bats compliant with international cricket regulations?

What grade of willow do you use?

We think the conventional (and frankly arbitrary) willow grading procedure is flawed. Cleft suppliers grades willows purely on aesthetics. Our approach is to inspect thousands of clefts and measure weight, moisture, elasticity, and durability. We choose less than 10% of screened clefts to make into bats. What we can guarantee you is that you’re buying a top quality bat, rather than a “whatever grade your supplier tells you” bat.

Will these bats break easily? What should I do if my bat breaks?

All our bats are pressed and knocked in. We pay special attention to the weakest points of a bat - the edges and the toe. However a bad contact with a ball can crack even a brand new bat and this is unfortunately beyond our control. If your bat cracks, contact us and we will do our best to direct you to someone who can repair it.

What is your warranty / guarantee for cricket bats?

Bats are a natural product and there is a chance they can be damaged due to a bad contact with the ball without any fault in bat design. Therefore it is tough to provide a warranty on them. However, we do have a replacement policy – You can order our bat and replace it within one week of receiving it as long as you've not played with it. So, you can get a feel of the willow quality, bat balance and our handle design and if you're not satisfied we'll replace it.
